"Paigee the lovely lady, literally is my angel and saved my ass(Pardon my french) today , Saturday morning. After a night shift my battery was dead so I couldn't commute to my place nor withdrawal money ( The Trainline app and bank online... everything is in the mobile!) I entered Costa in a desperate attempt to get a charging cable,I explained the situation to Paige and she borrowed me one. Thanks a lot, I could get back my place. Please raise her salary or at least give her the praise she deserves, people like her in this deshumanised world are needed. Thanks a lot again"

"This Costa is lovely- it’s pretty inside and snug and warming. The drinks are prepared well. I particularly appreciate the friendliness of the staff in this store. Today, I was served by Paige and Alexis who were super friendly and made a delicious hot chocolate for me."

"Nice store but it gets busy here and tables are not cleared so there’s not anywhere clean to sit once you have got your food and drinks. The disabled toilet should be locked under radar key but is left open for anyone to use - no wonder it’s absolutely rank and smelly. Went today and used the disabled toilet to find the pull cord for emergency use tied up - this isn’t acceptable it should be hanging free incase someone like me with a disability fell or needed emergency assistance. The queue is out the door sometimes. Updated my review as I went here on a different day and the shop was empty: the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful including one on the till who was on a 4hr work trial (I hope they give him a job!). My drink was made with no problems and I enjoyed sitting in here to pass the time."
